Sam Marsden is the brother of Roy Marsden, the man accused of shooting Jordan Collier. He distrusts Kyle Baldwin. Kyle shows up at his house (using the last name Bingham) to see where the person lived who was arrested instead of him for the murder of Jordan Collier. Kyle feels guilty about the mistaken arrest, and he helps paint over their door after it was graffiti-ed with the tag “Murderer”. Kyle also contributes with other household chores. Sam discovers that Kyle really is Kyle Baldwin, son of Tom Baldwin from NTAC, after going through his wallet and seeing his ID. Sam and his brother’s fiancee run Kyle out of their house, due to their suspicion that he is spying on them for his father.
