Glen and Dean Keating are the brothers of Gayle Keating, a girl murdered through proxy by Oliver Knox in Becoming. They vow to take revenge on The 4400. Using the name and address list released by Barbara Yates, they plant bombs in The 4400s' apartments and vehicles. After an unsuccessful attempt to destroy Arcadia Estates, they are caught by Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris, and are to be tried as terrorists. Tom read a modified version of Miranda rights to them, telling them that they would tried as "enemy combatants" and did not have the right to remain silent or to have attorneys.
