Wesley Hauser is one of The 4400.
Character History[]
Before he was abducted, Wesley was a marine who did 2 tours of Vietnam. He led protests against the Vietnam war when he got back in 1972. He was disillusioned with the American government. He was then abducted 1975.
When he returned with the rest of the 4400 he was put into Quarantine. He was housed in Barrack 3 and spent time swapping stories with Dante Ferelli and Gary Navarro whenever they ate together. When it was time to release the 4400 Hauser never went back for his checkup and went on the run from NTAC.
He was homeless for a long time living by the docks in Seattle. Gary used to go visit him every now and then. Wesley became an alcoholic which eventually killed him. Gary Navarro found his body and pushed him into Elliot Bay.

It was never clear if Wesley developed abilities before he died.
